Cessnock Leagues
Cessnock Leagues Club is a locally owned Club that has been supporting the local community for over 40 years. The Club has free parking and is disability-friendly in all of it’s facilities. Entice Bistro serves country hospitality sized modern Australian meals with a large kids area and fire place. This opens out to the main lounge with large screen and stage for live entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings. Throughout the week there are meat and variety raffles, trivia and bingo. The sports lounge has state-of-the-art Tab facilities next door to the VIP lounge that rivals any large Club. The function room was renovated in 2018 and can comfortably seat up to 380 people for a concert. This room also splits into 3 smaller size rooms and can cater for any size function, conference or event.
The Club is the heart and soul of the Cessnock and Hunter Valley region with a variety of Club Grants, Educational Grants, Sport and Community Grants open to the wider community.
Paxton Bowling Club
The Paxton Bowling Club operates for the enjoyment of all local residents and visitors. It is a great location that offers the very finest in dining, sporting and entertainment!
